You get two agents for the price of one! Hillary with her professional listing photos and staging brought multiple offers the first couple days after listing! Then Jay takes over and goes to bat for you accepting a offer over our asking price and went into contact in only 4 days! We had some repairs and roof issues but Jay was there every step of the way. Coaching us with the process made it easy to complete our repairs! Most important...Jay always answers his phone or get back to me right away and answed all our questions as trivial as they may be!
